A 1/2 lb package of our sublime lardo sliced thin and vacuum sealed to keep it as fresh as possible. Shipped to you in an insulated box with cold packs.
We use naturally raised pork from a local farm and
cure the fat back until the flavors of the herbs and salt have infused themselves into the rich fat.
Sliced very thin and draped across a hot piece of crust bread just out of the oven, the lardo all but melts away as you take a bite. Incredible if you've never had it.
