Their Breakfast Blend is a mixture of Ceylon (Sri Lanka) and Indian teas (Assam and Darjeeling) and it has a light and flowery flavor which is perfect for a French style 'petit dejeuner.' A touch of cold milk will help the flavors of the tea emerge even more. Recommended steeping time is 4 - 5 minutes.
