Since 1938, Sant'Eustachio has been blending delicious coffee using Arabica beans.The raw beans are carefully selected, washed and slowly roasted over wood. It is no wonder that their coffee bar in Rome has become something of a legend. Located between the Pantheon and the Piazza Navona, Sant'Eustachio buys Fair Trade coffee from cooperatives in the Dominican Republic, Guatemala, Ethiopia and Brazil and from plantations in the Galapagos and St. Elena islands.
In 2002, one reporter for The New York Times wrote "When the need for a real espresso becomes overpowering, buy a ticket to Rome, tell the taxi driver to head straight for the Sant'Eustachio cafe. The espresso will be perfect". Now you don't have to travel to Rome to get Sant'Eustachio coffee, chocolates or cookies!
