One of our favorite meals: a bowl of piping hot mushroom risotto with some finely grated Parmigiano Reggiano or a pecorino melting on top. It never fails to transport us back to some of our favorite places in Italy.
In this bundle, we include one bag of risotto rice, a 1/2-pound each of Cravero Parmigiano Reggiano and an artisan, Italian pecorino, dried mushrooms, an Italian sea salt, a tin of black peppercorns and a package of Italian butter. With this combination, come dinner time, it will be hard to go wrong!
