Julie, our in-house charcutière transforms various meats into delectable pâtés, sausages, terrines and cured meats. It was hard to choose, but she put together a selection of some of her favorites.
Included in the mix: thick slices of our house smoked bacon. We think this is just perfect for breakfast or on a BLT. Also in the sampler - a generous slice of our award-winning rabbit pâté, decadent pork rillettes packed in a reusable Weck jar and two links of rich, and delicately spiced boudin blanc.
