This Tuscan oil is produced in the countryside just outside of Florence on Tenute di Capezzana, a medieval estate that has produced olive oil since the year 804. This oil is bottled after it has time to decant and settle. Sent to us each March, this oil has a beautifully grassy aroma a rich flavor of fresh olives and an intense, peppery finish.
