Mas des Bories the project of Rox and Nico Derni who moved to Provence (Nico's home) in 2003 to take over a well-establised olive farm. Since that time, their olive oils have garnered accolades and awards throughout the world olive oil community.
We appreciate awards and recognition, but what caught our attention was the exceptional aroma and flavor of this oil. Tasting this oil was like a breath of fresh summer air with balanced notes of green grass and ripe melon in both aroma and flavor.
