This is a spicy fig spread from one of our favorite condiment producers. It has a rich fig flavor with a balanced spiciness on the finish. Try it with

Fieschi mousses have a "spicy" flavor and are made from candied fruit
that is finely ground. This process is what allows them to better absorb mustard oil and present strongly on the palate.
