The Chatelain family has been making preserves in the traditional manner for more than 25 years. Jean Marc is the current family member in charge of the business that has become well known for the artisanal techniques they use to produce some amazing preserves.

Using only locally grown seasonal fruit, they select the best for their preserves and they use production techniques handed down in the family. They have a wonderful array of flavors - many of which are special treats as they are very uncommon in the United States.
