Each season, the constituent nectars that are transformed into this honey will vary. Most commonly, the nectar will come from white and pink heather, myrtle, lavender, mimosa and sometimes chestnut flowers found in the local forest of Maures. It has a beautiful amber color, a thick texture and a deep mellow sweetness that is at once floral and woodsy. Featured in Travel + Leisure magazine in August 2006.
