Mr. Gacon and his brother are the magic behind the selection of honies and the honey vinegars that we bring from Corsica.

The bees pollinate from the Maquis (the natural wild brush formation in Corsica) which changes its structure depending on the seasons.

We tend to like the Maquis Printemps (Spring) and the Automne (Fall). Also a must try is the Miel d' Arbousier, the rare and very complex bitter sweet honey also called Miele di corbezzolo from Italian producers on the island of Sardinia.
