This delicate truffle honey is produced by the Lunardi brothers whose family has been running Al Dolce Forno - a bakery in the Tuscan village of Quarrata for generations. They use acacia honey as a base to which they add shavings of truffle which brings about an unmistakable truffle earthiness to the honey.
Try pairing this with a young robiola from piedmont or a stronger taleggio from Lombardy.
