Produced by Sergio Catalini on his farm just outside of Ortezzano in the Marche region of Italy, Sergio preserves whole burlat cherries in a light sugar syrup. The cherries are sweet and meaty and are a nice addition to a variety of cocktails, alongside chocolate cake or on top of vanilla ice cream. Just be sure to watch for pits as these are whole cherries.
