An elegant selection of high-altitude mountain cheeses: Marcel Petite's superlative Comté from the Jura, a brebis from Ossau-Iraty in the western Pyrénées, and tangy goat's milk Caprotto from the craggy cliffs above the Amalfi Coast. Total cheese weight is approximately a pound and a half. A jar of Italian fruit preserves is included for serving.
