Toma Ala is a traditional Piemontese toma made by Caseificio Valli di Lanzo using raw cow's milk collected from several dairies in the Lanzo Valley.


The cheese has a thin greyish white crust and a soft doughy interior that offers a creamy and mild flavor with hints of nuts and mushrooms. This is a wonderful cheese to have on your table with any meal and also as the first cheese on a cheese course.
