Serving cheese in the European style, after the main course and before dessert, is a great way to try some more adventurous cheeses, without worrying about tainting your palate.
This Sampler is hand picked with that in mind, and will include four cheese of varying milks, textures, flavors and countries of origin. The cheeses will roughly total about 2 pounds and will feed 10 to 15 people depending on your appetite.
Be sure to have some sweeter wine and some fruit complements on hand to pair with these wonderful cheeses.
