This is one of our favorite ways to introduce customers to the vast and wonderful world of French cheese (over 400 varieties)! For this sampler, we hand pick an elegant selection of four cheeses from different cheese making regions of France. Usually we include a goat, a sheep, a cow and a blue. The total weight for the sampler will be about 2 pounds which will feed 10 to 15 people depending on your appetite. Makes an excellent gift!
