Quadrello di Bufala is a square shaped cheese that might be mistaken for taleggio because of its ivory paste and light pinkish rind.
The size is a bit smaller and the paste is a bit whiter and the flavor tends to be a bit milder. When young, it is aromatic but mild and milky sweet. When fully ripe, it can be quite a stinker and the flavor develops a nice farmy tang.
