Produced by Sergio Catalini on his farm just outside of Ortezzano in the Marche region of Italy, Sergio preserves whole Stanley plums in a light sugar syrup. The plums are meaty and flavorful and pair nicely with younger pecorinos. These plums are preserved with their pits - which pull away easily from the flesh when you are ready to serve.
