Made at Casa Vecchie by Fabrizia Lanza who runs a respected cooking school in Palermo, founded by her mother Anna Tasca Lanza. Her marmalades capture the beautiful intensity of ripe sicilian fruit. Fragrant Sicilian tangerines are roughly cut and cooked (peel and all) together with sugar to create a loose marmalade with tons of flavor.
