Produced by Sergio Catalini on his farm just outside of Ortezzano in the Marche region of Italy, this jam is made from burlat cherries grown on Sergio's farm. The jam has a balanced sweet and tart flavor we find perfect on morning toast, with afternoon tea or as an accompaniment to aged sheep milk cheeses such as French brebis.
