Produced by Sergio Catalini on his farm just outside of Ortezzano in the Marche region of Italy, this jam is made from Stanley plums grown on his property. The ripe fruit makes up 90% of the jam with just 10% added sugar. The sweetness comes primarily from the sugars in the ripe fruit itself and offers a rich prune-like flavor we love blended into plain yogurt or mixed with fresh ricotta.
