Produced by Sergio Catalini on his farm just outside of Ortezzano in the Marche region of Italy, this jam is made from ripe apricots of the orange-red variety grown on his property. This jam has deeper apricot flavor than many we've had and we find it a perfect complement to stronger, funkier cheeses.
