Produced by Sergio Catalini on his farm just outside of Ortezzano in the Marche region of Italy, this jam is made from asian pears grown on his property. This jam has a mildly sweet flavor and an aroma of honey and apple blossoms. We find this works particularly well with younger, milder cheeses.
