Italy produces some of the finest Olive Oils in the world. Italy has a wonderful climate for the cultivation of the fruit, the traditional production methods to build on and the reputation for quality that has been developed over the years. There are many oils in Italy that while looking and sounding like an Italian olive oil may in fact include olive oil imported from Spain or Greece. For this reason it is important to know your product and to buy from a reputable retailer. Our oils are only Extra-virgin, first cold-pressed and are in fact often produced by a single family using traditional methods and stone milling equipment.
