Biscotti, Cakes and Cookies
Sometimes ripe and rich, at other times bold, grassy and peppery, olive oil is the cornerstone of our kitchens. We use it liberally, creatively, and with delight. We find that the right olive oil can really make a meal - drizzled onto freshly grilled vegetables, fish or meats, in a dressing or as an accent to your favorite cheese - there is a world of tastes to explore.
Vinegar is another kitchen staple and we invariably find ourselves with at least three or four different varieties in our pantry. From punchy and sweet balsamic to lean and vibrant Banyuls vinegar to inspired varieties such as or , each vinegar brings its own style of excitement to any meal.
