Spanish & Portuguese Olive Oil
Spain is the largest producer of olive oil in the world and they export in bulk to many other countries who in turn use the Spanish oil in blends and sometimes even market it as their own. Portugal is a much smaller producer and to some extent is more undiscovered. As with all of our olive oils, we focus our efforts on finding Olive Oils that reflect the traditions and terroirs of the region.
