Olive Oil & Vinegar

Sometimes sweet and smooth, at other times sharp, grassy and peppery, olive oil is the cornerstone of our kitchens. We use it liberally, creatively, and with relish. Here are some of our favorites. All are extra virgin. The right vinegar can make a meal. In a dressing or a marinade, or dripped carefully onto vegetables, cheeses, fruits or deserts, there is a world of tastes to explore.
