Cheeses of the British Isles

The British Isles are home to some of the cheese greats: traditional cloth bound cheddars, rich Double Gloucester, tangy Cheshire or curdy Caerphilly. These classics, along with newer recipes from Ireland and Scotland make up our selection. Much of our selection comes from Neal’s Yard Dairy in London. Neal's Yard has been a genuine inspiration to cheesemongers both in Great Britain and abroad. Randolph and Jason have allowed us the opportunity to spend several weeks under their tutelage, working in their cellar and learning the fine art of cheese selection and maturing.
