Ingredients:
1 cup Maison Arosteguy Espelette Vinegar
1 ¾ cup Espuny Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp. Beaufor dijon mustard
½ tsp Lo Brusc Acacia honey
Salt & pepper taste

Instructions:
In a medium size bowl mix the mustard, honey, vinegar and slowly whisk in the olive oil, add salt & pepper to taste.
