Appetizers, Salads and Soups
Here are a few of our favorite small plates which can be served as appetizers or in the case of the salads, in the European style, after the entrée.
As with all of our recipes, we recommend sourcing your ingredients seasonally when possible. We also recommend sourcing your meat locally. This can prove to be difficult if you've never done it, but it is well worth the research to find meat with real flavor that most likely comes from a small farm that demands the support of their local markets in order to survive.
