Misty Knoll Turkeys - We have a few extras!

Every year, we order free-range turkeys from Misty Knoll Farms on behalf of customers.

Misty Knoll Farms is located in New Haven, VT - in the western-central part of that state. Owned by Rob Litch and his uncle, John Palmer, Misty Knoll Farms is both family-owned and operated - they raise both chickens and turkeys. John and Rob follow sustainable farming practices and feed their birds grains free of antibiotics and animal by-products.

Our Weekly Dinner Menu

Our kitchen prepares take-out meals Monday through Friday available after 2:00pm. Accompaniments will vary on seasonal availability of ingredients.  We also offer a variety of cold salads and two fresh soups daily.  Please check our bakery for treats from Chef Alice.

We also offer a variety of cheese and antipasti platters, sandwiches and made to order meals in our catering department.

Our store is best known for its fine cheese selection but we also stock a wide range of other delicious foodstuffs, including: charcuterie, produce, baked goods, prepared foods, coffee, tea, chocolates, bread, sweets, honey, preserves, wine, beer, olive oil, vinegar and other pantry staples.

Our Catering Menu

Our kitchen prepares all food to order using the finest and freshest ingredients available - meats are sourced from small family farms with humanely raised animals and our vegetables are local whenever possible. Our stocks and sauces are handmade from scratch, and all of our catering offerings are individually prepared without shortcuts or substitutions. We’re happy to accommodate requests for almost anything—roasts, stews, soups….just call us for a consultation!
