Closed Tuesday, 1/27 for the blizzard

Due to the anticipated blizzard of 2015, Formaggio Kitchen will be closed for the day on Tuesday, January 27.

Our mail order operations will also be closed that day which will delay shipping of any orders.

Both the shop and Mail Order operations will resume as usual on Wednesday, January 28.

Formaggio Kitchen Superbowl BBQ Menu

Each year we celebrate Superbowl weekend with our famous sidewalk BBQ. Normally only available from March through October, we fire up the grill for this celebratory Saturday around 11am and 'cue til we're through (around 2pm).

For this BBQ, we take pre-orders for 6 or more up until Tuesday, January 27 at 5pm. For smaller orders, you can pre-order before Friday, January 30 before 5pm. However, this year's BBQ special (whole roast pig) is not available for pre-order and is only available for puchase from the BBQ line on Saturday.

Our Weekly Dinner Menu

Our kitchen prepares take-out meals Monday through Friday available after 2:00pm. Accompaniments will vary on seasonal availability of ingredients.  We also offer a variety of cold salads and two fresh soups daily.  Please check our bakery for treats from Chef Alice.

We also offer a variety of cheese and antipasti platters, sandwiches and made to order meals in our catering department.

We frequently welcome our friends from the food and beverage community for cooking demonstrations and classes.

Our kitchen prepares all food to order using the finest and freshest ingredients available - meats are sourced from small family farms with humanely raised animals and our vegetables are local whenever possible. Our stocks and sauces are handmade from scratch, and all of our catering offerings are individually prepared without shortcuts or substitutions. We’re happy to accommodate requests for almost anything—roasts, stews, soups….just call us for a consultation!
