Grilled Peaches with Goat Cheese, Honey and Cinnamon

Serves 4

4 Peaches
1/8 cup Granulated Sugar
1 cup Carolyn Hillman's Unsalted Goat Cheese
1/4 cup Api Chestnut Honey
1 tablespoon Vietnamese Cinnamon

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Meanwhile, cut the peaches in half and discard the pit. Sprinkle each half with a thin layer of granulated sugar and place the peaches on the grill, cut side down. Grill the peaches 10-15 minutes, or until the sugar caramelizes and they are tender (timing will depend on the ripeness of the peaches).

Remove the peaches from the grill and fill each center with 1/8 cup of the goat cheese. Drizzle with chestnut honey, sprinkle with cinnamon and serve.
